Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Glim N Style. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy that allows you to request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note that mind change is not an available option for return. Return and exchange requests will only be entertained on the following conditions:
1. Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the damaged product.
2. Incorrect Order Quantity: If the order quantity you received is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the incorrect product.
3. Wrong Product Shipped: If the wrong product was shipped to you, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the incorrect product.
Please note that returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for returns and exchanges.
